2022 NARI-MN CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR: SILVER WINNER

We Are Honored…

“Design is coming to grips with one’s real lifestyle, one’s real place in the world. Rooms should not be put together for show but to nourish one’s wellbeing.”
– Albert Hadley

Each year, around this time, the local National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI of MN) presents Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards to industry members who have stood out.

This year members of our project team (including Greg, Sarah, and Mike) attended the 26th annual CotY Awards where we were honored to receive the Silver Award in the Interior Remodel $250,001-$500,000 category! This project has been one of our team’s favorites and we are excited to share more of what we were able to achieve for our clients.

When this large home was originally built, there was not much thought given to maximizing functional spaces and storage – nor in creating cohesive flow of both the spaces and the materials. With deliberate planning and a keen eye, the entire main floor now offers unlimited functionality and cohesive, connected spaces for the activities and entertainment that this active family of five enjoys.

Key Solutions

  • Without adding square footage, the functional areas at the back of the home were reimagined into right-sized, highly-functional spaces that accommodate family activities as well as great entertaining!
  • A stunning wall of glass windows as well as for watching the deer and turkeys who inhabit the surrounding landscape is added to the open floor plan extending the sense of spaciousness and connection.
