It’s part of our Vujovich culture to continually seek ways to provide meaningful contributions in our greater community. Often, we get extra lucky when our efforts lead us into long-standing relationships with exceptional people – which further drives our determination and fills us with a sense of purpose and connection.

Several years ago, we met one such exceptional family whose young son, Levi, requires a motorized wheelchair to move through life. Our first work together was a philanthropic project sponsored by NARI Cares where our role was to project-manage an interior remodel raising the family’s dropped front entry and dining room floors to be wheelchair-accessible to the rest of the home.

Earlier this month, we were thrilled to have an opportunity to work with this family once again! This time our efforts included designing and reworking the family’s deck and adding a ramp.  Now Levi no longer has to only exit at the front of the home, he can choose to head out the back door, across the deck, and down the ramp straight into the family’s backyard.

It warms our hearts to be of service to this incredible family!
