Our streamlined approach delivers a personalized experience unlike any other, and it all starts with design! 

Members of our design team truly embrace collaboration and meeting client expectations while creating spaces with lasting beauty and function.  Our energized and diverse culture at Vujovich has attracted some of the Twin Cities’ most talented design professionals. These Design Directors bring a wide range of skill sets to the table, and for our homeowners, we feel it’s important that the process starts by meeting with a member of our design team from the very first meeting.  

Your dedicated Design Director keeps you engaged throughout the process, ensuring you feel fully informed about the process, products, and your project.  They act as your advocate and guide throughout your remodeling journey by sharing conceptual ideas and costs, to securing a cohesive palette of selections and detailed construction drawings. They continue their guiding role throughout construction by attending key meetings to make sure details and installations turn out as promised.

Our concierge-style approach to managing design projects allows clients to enjoy the creative experience while staying involved and informed every step of the way. 

The Schematic Design Phase kicks off the process. This is when we listen to your needs, share experiences, measure, and document plan details, and verify all requirements or restrictions. We then provide conceptual options and price ranges and work together to select a singular concept with which to move forward. 

As we move into the Design Development Phase, floor plans and elevations with price ranges are presented so there are no surprises, and the concept is finalized. 

As we near construction, your Design Director manages and records the final details. They meet with you to make any budget updates and drawing edits, then secure all necessary permits. Project scope and schedule are also provided during this Construction Documentation Phase. 

Throughout it all, your dedicated Design Director is there to keep you informed and engaged, ensuring you are always in the know. Our streamlined approach results in an exceptional personalized experience.
