Lori Balestri

Sales and Design Director

With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of La Crosse and an Interior Design degree from Dakota County Technical College, Lori takes a holistic approach to design: marrying the practical with the beautiful throughout an efficient process. Having been raised within a family business in the construction industry, from early on Lori enjoyed her experiences in client’s homes during the construction process. She knows that clear client communication and guidance is necessary for the success of complicated projects. Lori’s extensive product knowledge and ability to carefully listen and interpret others needs allows her to create spaces that deeply reflect her client’s personalities.

Christina Rymer

Design Director

After more than a decade in our industry, Christina believes design should support her clients’ lives as a reflection of them and their values. The relationships she builds with her clients and their families are her favorite part of the design-build process, which extends to our entire production team. Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at The Art Institutes, Christina understands the relationship of how interiors affect homeowners. Beyond the initial design phase of listening and relating to her clients, she enjoys the holistic and creative shared experience of seeing the construction process come alive. Outside of work, her passion is creating a home environment where family and friends enjoy gathering together and the concept of time escapes them.

Sydney Monson

DESIGN DIRECTOR

From as far back as Sydney can remember, her dream has always been to become an interior designer. Initially, Sydney spent three years working in commercial design before settling into residential design, supported by her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin Stout. For her, the most fulfilling aspect of her job is enhancing the beauty of someone’s home and transforming their space into a place they are proud to return to. Every design presents a unique opportunity, and she loves contributing to a client’s story by creating stunning finishes and spaces where lasting memories can be made. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys quality time with her family, fiancé, and their two goldendoodles, Archie and Enzo!

Kaitlyn Zachman

INTERIOR DESIGNER

With a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kaitlyn’s passion for helping others has carried through in all her pursuits. She started her design career in the home staging industry, working both in Minnesota and California. While in vacant home staging, she saw the impact design has on people’s well-being and emotions. So, taking the next step into residential interior design was a natural progression. Kaitlyn loves connecting with homeowners to create spaces that speak to them. When she’s not busy designing, Kaitlyn and her husband enjoy exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
