Working through the details
Daily communication
Communication is the key to any successful relationship. We use daily logs to tell you what has happened and what will happen soon, open issues that need to be resolved (by whom and by when). We also ask for your constant feedback, so we can resolve usual concerns or questions that come from spending time together in the same house. Project-site meetings
Along with regularly scheduled meetings to discuss progress and schedules, we also schedule meetings at critical junctures to review and approve cabinet samples, tile selections, paint and stain samples, flooring products, hardware finishes and more.
Making changes
When the design process for your project is thorough, change orders don't have to be a bad thing. Change orders are typically those additional final touches added to the project or other areas of your home while it's convenient. At Vujovich, we do not believe in charging "handling fees" when a customer asks us to perform additional work for them.
Keeping to the budget
Like your personal budget, a project budget needs to be reviewed and scrutinized regularly. Bills for supplies and subcontracted work, like your check register, are reviewed line by line to insure accuracy and acountability.
Pre-drywall walk-through
Prior to drywall installation, let's walk through the entire project to review the mechanicals, lighting, switching, AV, towel bars, art locations, and more, to make sure everyone is satisfied with the way it all functions together . View a sample pre-drywall checklist
