Initial meeting and goal setting

This initial meeting is a chance for one of our Project Directors to meet you and become familiar with your goals, discuss design ideas and establish expectations, given the proposed budget.

Your team

When you work with Vujovich, your project will receive the attention of design and construction professionals, including:

• PROJECT DIRECTOR, who facilitates the communication and documentation of the many details associated with the design and construction of your project.
• PROJECT DESIGNER OR ARCHITECT, who uncovers the lifestyle and aesthetic goals you have for your project and works to develop a design that delights you (while staying within your budget!).
• PROJECT MANAGER, who has full fiscal and schedule responsibility for the construction process and works closely with the Project Designer or Architect to create value for you.
• CARPENTRY STAFF – our in-house carpenters provide conscientious and courteous craftsmanship while providing on-site supervision of subcontractors.
• OFFICE SUPPORT – our management and support staff, with over 80 years of combined experience in the construction industry, works diligently to keep the process running smoothly for you.

We work closely with you to understand and define the lifestyle and aesthetic goals you have for your project.

Initial designs

We will explore several creative ways of transforming your home, with an eye to function and aesthetics, while never losing sight of the project budget. At this point we "paint" with broad-brush strokes; the details will come later.
